We now have started dogs available out of Shadow and Ben and Rosie and Louie.
These pups are really going to be excellent pointing labs. They are all doing well in these areas of training:
sit/stay
retrieve land and water
heel
leash training
place bed stay
walking up and down stairs
house manners
staying down/no jumping
socialization

Chester at pond
Chester, pictured above and below, is a 2 year old yellow pointing labrador weighing 65 pounds. He loves to retrieve and is very sharp. He loves to please. Chester is leash trained, kennel trained, will sit, stay, place stay, and down stay. He is working well on water fowl and upland game.He would make an excellent choice for a family dog and a wonderful hunting companion. Call and ask about price and more details. Ross: 308-232-4508.

Dusty is a started yellow male out of Ruby and Buck. He was born on Dec. 4, 2008. When full grown, he will weigh 85 pounds. Dusty has a great personality in and out of the house and in the field. Dusty is retrieving land and water. He is very athletic. He does very well on his obedience. Dusty has been shot over and continues more field work. He would make an excellent pointing lab for duck and goose hunting and/or upland hunting. See Dusty's pic below.

Below is the picture of a female started dog born July 31, 2009 out of our breeders Shadow and Ben.SHE IS SOLD. She has been trained for obedience to sit, stay, down stay, place stay, kennel, heel,and walk on a leash. She is retrieving land and water and she has also been working on retrieving deer sheds.She is in the process of training in the field.
She is an extremely sharp dog with an exceptional personality. She will weigh in the 50 pound range.

Below is a female out of Mindy and Buck. She was born on Aug. 10, 2009 and will be 45-55 pounds as an adult.
She is retrieving land and water and also has been working on retrieving shed deer antlers.
She will sit, stay, down-stay, place-stay,and walk on a leash.She is crate trained, and is very well mannered in and out of the house.
She is starting work in the field and is going to be an exceptional dog.

All throughout the year we have started dogs available. These are pups out of our litters that we have held back for further training. The older the pup, the more training it will have. We focus first on the basics of obedience training which includes kennel training, leash training, calm pup training, house breaking, socialization,and stake and chain acceptance. As the pup gets older, we then go into the hunting training of pointing, flushing and land and water retrieving. We also have dogs that we train for deer shed hunting.

Here is one of our started dogs you won't want to miss. Grace is a 56 pound black pointing lab out of Buck and Bee. Grace was born Jan. 2, 2008 and she is very athletic. She has been shot over and is retrieving on land and in the water. Grace is very birdy. Grace is very calm in the house and is very social.
